Request Account deletion
Request available for the Agora app, published by Vendelo
You can start deletion without installing the app. Email us from the same Google address you use with Agora so we can verify that the Account belongs to you.
The email already includes the correct subject. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.
What to do
Email sarmientodiego1979@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Agora Account.” If you cannot write from the associated address, tell us which address it was and how we can verify your request.
What we delete
We delete Account access and direct personal data, sessions, linked identifiers, and associated Carts. We also remove or anonymize personal information in Channels, Baskets, and Lives where applicable.
What may be retained
We may retain minimum anonymized records or information required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. The historical identity of a Live may remain without information that directly identifies you.
Timing and confirmation
We acknowledge and process verified requests within 30 days, then confirm completion by email. Revoking Agora from Google does not by itself delete data already stored; complete this request to do so.
